RTÉ One: Christmas 2016 Idents & Presentation

RTÉ One introduced new Christmas idents and presentation for the 2016 festive period. The branding was based on the theme of ‘Light Up Your Christmas’. The soundtrack to the new idents was composed by Brian Byrne and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra. No Christmas idents from 2006 to 2015 were aired during Christmas 2016. All miscellaneous presentation elements were updated.
